VIX PAULAHERMANNY's Implements Retail Pro 9

To Whom It May Concern:

The staff at VIX PAULAHERMANNY are grateful we chose One Step Retail Solutions for providing us our very first Point of Sale system. We use the system at our corporate headquarters to import and create inventory items and to manage our FL franchise’s sales and performance. This week we actually just purchased our second Retail Pro 9 system for our new retail store location.

The One Step staff was great to work with. One Step’s Implementation Specialists exemplified professionalism, in-depth knowledge and most importantly patience throughout the training/implementation process. As this was our first time using this new system, they set up one-on-one remote and on-site training sessions to help us get fully implemented by our deadline.

We look forward into continuing our great relationship with the One Step Retail Solutions staff. We are fully confident the implementation of our second RP9 system will be finished within our aggressive deadline and with complete satisfaction.
