Our transition to One Step Retail solutions was a pleasing experience for our team. We chose One Step after doing some shopping around for a new POS system and were so happy we made the choice to go with One Step.

The training period that we underwent was a very thorough process and left us with a solid understanding of the system. It was a very enjoyable experience and became something to look forward to throughout the day. Our system trainer kept it light and we built up a solid rapport with him. We have nothing but positive things to say about him.

After our internal training, we were able to effectively and efficiently train our own store managers. Once we went live, our account managers were there for us at the drop of a hat. They were able to respond quickly and accurately to any issue that arose for us.
