I’m writing in regards to my experience with personally working with One Step Retail Solutions during our conversion to Teamwork. As a contemporary luxury brand, it’s imperative to have a relevant POS that is not only aesthetically pleasing but is also functional and meets our business needs.

Our Product Implementation Specialist had a thorough understanding of Teamwork as well as other IT issues that aided in our transition to the new system. He made himself available to answer any questions or solve any issues during the weeks leading up to the installation along with being onsite support for our conversion.

His ability to quickly assess a problem and troubleshoot was key to this project. If he was unable to answer a question or concern, he would work to find a solution in a timely manner. He was open to customizing the transition experience to cater to our preferences especially when it came to the training of Teamwork.

Overall, our Implementation Specialist was a big contributor to the success of the roll out of Teamwork with his extensive level of knowledge, responsiveness and of course, his positive attitude. We are beyond pleased with One Step Retail Solutions and look forward to building this partnership.
