My name is Abbey White. I am the District Manager for TravisMathew apparel and we’ve been in the retail business since 2014. I’ve used Retail Pro for over 10 years in my retail career and have seen this software evolve to match the end-users needs. I’ve worked with One Step Retail Solutions since 2014 and have benefited from their support and I don’t know what we’d do without their services.

We upgraded our software mainly to stay PCI compliant and to do so before the deadline. We are also opening new locations and felt the timing was optimal to make the change. It’s great peace of mind to know that we won’t have any issues once we hit the deadline for software compliance and will be able to continue accepting credit card payments seamlessly.

Our One Step Implementation Specialist was great to work with and understood our sense of urgency. We did some preliminary work to ensure a smooth upgrade and he was always available to troubleshoot issues that came up. He was quick to help us fix any issues and if he was unavailable (assisting other clients), he made sure to help us during downtime or find someone that could assist us quicker. It was a pleasure working with One Step and look forward to working with them
in the future.
