I'm the retail manager for Republic Clothing and we have been using the Teamwork [Commerce] solution for a few years now with our sister company. When we decided to open a store under the Republic banner we decided to go with the Teamwork [Commerce] software as it was such a success with our sister company. We also decided to use One Step Retail as our implementation partner as they did such a good job with our sister company.

We needed to have Teamwork installed in our new store and contacted One Step Sales department. Once that process was completed, we were contacted by the One Step Retail Professional Services Team to start the implementation process and were assigned a project manager who went over the project plan and was responsible for assigning the various OSRS resources to the project. The project went smoothly and all the different OSRS departments (support and training) were very responsive and professional.

Overall, I'm very satisfied with the whole process and all at OSRS were very responsible, responsive and professional in everything that they did. We will certainly be using the One Step Retail team again as we open up more stores in the future.
