I would like to take a moment to thank you for your support. Peserico USA Greenwich opened more than one month ago, and our dedicated One Step representative has been an integral part of the process. When he came to help set up our systems and computers, the store was not near ready to be open. We had three days, and there were so many teams working within the space to get it up and running. Although he faced several challenges in setting up our computers; i.e. no internet connection, he was calm and patient and very agreeable during the three days. He was able in all of the hectic climate to do as much as he could, given the circumstances. Further, although we did not have any internet connection during his time here, he was able to sit with me during several occasions to explain Retail Pro, in order for me and my team to have as much knowledge about the system to open and function as a retail boutique should.
Since then, we have connected to the internet, and One Step continues to be a huge help when I need them to explain operations on the system. Whenever I call them, One Step calls me straight back and is always ready, willing and able to help. I appreciate their demeanor and look forward to speaking to them each time. I find the One Step team to be knowledgeable and capable with any issue I have or have had during this opening process.
