Our experience working with One Step was top notch. Internally, we had been talking about adding Mobile to our existing Retail Pro for about year. As happens, once we decided to proceed, we wanted to get mobile in place very quickly. We wanted to upgrade the guest experience of one of our signature events and Mobile POS was one of the components we knew would elevate the event.
One Step Retail was able to meet our aggressive deadline and even able to accommodate numerous complicated changes while still keeping the project on schedule.
