To the One Step team:

Prior to this year’s 2018/2019 Season, we engaged One Step Retail Solutions to provide service updating our Retail Pro Software. We needed to go to the latest build in order to become PCI compliant with our Credit Card Processing. This service request with the amount of Point of Purchase stations and Back Office stations we have was a considerably sized project.

Our assigned One Step Retail Solutions Project Manager was prompt in scheduling on our coordination call, building a project plan and managing our project from start to finish. We met all of our deadlines in order to be ready for the Season.

The project rolled out professionally and with expediency. Our project manager was prompt for all of our appointments and followed through on any concerns immediately when called upon to do so.

Overall, the project was a huge success! Our Season is in full swing right now and our Point of Purchase and Administrative systems are running optimally. I know I can always count on OSRS to provide Support and Service should the need arise.
