In Need of a Retail Management System

Dear One Step Retail,

Allow this letter to serve as a testimonial for the success and service associated with the use of the Retail Pro system with our new endeavor, the Made in Oklahoma Store, at the 2017 Oklahoma State Fair.

Having never truly operated a retail venture of this scale before, we knew we needed to utilize a professional system for vendor, inventory and sales tracking. We had tried some lesser systems with a smaller version of the store, but they just couldn’t do the job.

One Step Retail / Retail Pro made the job understandable and relatively easy, especially considering this is not our only, nor our core, function at our large, public annual event. The One Step team, inclusive of the phone help desk personnel, made implementing our store as painless as possible-especially considering we are not a “tradition retail” but rather a “consignment environment.” On-site training and assistance by the One Step team were invaluable.

The system does everything we need it to and provides usable reports for our management team to follow the business and to communicate with our vendors. The integration of the payment processing system was extremely easy for our store team as well as our customers.
