I wanted to take a moment and thank you, and everyone involved in Support and Set-Up, for making our NCR Counterpoint launch a success.
We had over 20 years of experience with our old POS system, so changing to a newer, more modern system was understandably nerve wracking. Add to that the fact that our data didn’t pass cleanly from our old POS system to Counterpoint, our unique needs regarding specialty reports, networked printing, and a major discount program; the prospect of ever getting up and running was extremely daunting. But our implementation specialist and the One Step team ushered us through the process, kept us appraised of the project status, and any obstacles that were impeding progress, and worked around our needs, concerns, and time frame. And once we were up and running our implementation specialist and their team were there to make sure loose ends were tied up, any issues that were encountered post-launch were worked through as quickly as possible.
Going through a change as big as this has all the hallmarks of a costly nightmare (especially for a small business), but our implementation specialist and One Step Retail worked diligently to make sure our transition was smooth, and gave us the tools needed to get the most value out of our new POS system.
