Help Desk/Tech Support
Help desk technicians service customers with regard to any Retail Pro issue they may be experiencing. You should have: Two years of help
desk experience. Some retail experience. Excellent command of Windows NT/95/98/2000/XP. Working knowledge of DOS. Hardware
trouble-shooting experience with modems, backup drives, monitors, hard drives, routers, switches and hubs. Networking trouble-shooting
experience. Extreme persistence in problem solving. Ability to communicate with anyone, understand and help them. A love of people and
desire to help them. The ability to stay cool under pressure. A team-player mentality. A sense of humor is a definite plus! Local

Outside Sales
Inside Sales Rep is needed to assist our current customers with supplies and maintenance to their systems. Our Inside Sales department is
responsible for servicing our huge customer base with products and services that they may need. You must love helping people and be
aggressive in getting them what they need. Requirements include excellent organizational and communication skills, you should have at least
1 year experience with sales, preferably by phone along with a good understanding of retail operations. A love for technology and a strong
desire to help others is definitely needed. The ability to stay cool under pressure. A team-player mentality. A sense of humor is a definite
