Help Desk/Tech Support
Help desk technicians service customers with regard to any Retail Pro issue they may be experiencing. You should have: Two years of help
desk experience. Some retail experience. Excellent command of Windows NT/95/98/2000/XP. Working knowledge of DOS. Hardware
trouble-shooting experience with modems, backup drives, monitors, hard drives, routers, switches and hubs. Networking trouble-shooting
experience. Extreme persistence in problem solving. Ability to communicate with anyone, understand and help them. A love of people and
desire to help them. The ability to stay cool under pressure. A team-player mentality. A sense of humor is a definite plus! Local
